Who is eligible

Every copy of the book bought directly through this website is covered. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to ask for a full refund of the price you paid, and you do not have to give a reason. Whether you read two pages or the whole thing, the promise is the same: if it did not make crypto clearer for you, you get your money back.

The policy applies once per person. If you have already been refunded for the book and buy it again, the second purchase is final.

How to request one

Email support@thecryptosecret.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number — it is on your receipt and starts with CTS-. That is the whole process: no form, no phone call, no retention offer.

• Subject line: anything that says “refund” helps us find it faster, but it is not required.
• Different email address? If you no longer have access to the address you bought with, tell us and we will verify the order another way.
• Paid through PayPal? The same email is all we need; we refund to the PayPal account that paid.

When we can’t refund

Requests made after the 30 days window has closed, and orders where the book has been redistributed or shared in breach of the licence. Those aside, we would rather refund you than keep money from someone the book didn’t help.

We also cannot refund purchases made through a third party or a reseller. If you did not buy from this website, the seller’s own policy applies and you will need to contact them.

How long it takes

We action refunds within 7 business days of receiving your email and confirm by reply when it is done. Your bank or PayPal then takes its own time to return the money — usually a few working days, occasionally longer around weekends and public holidays. The delay after that point is theirs, not ours.

The refund always goes back to the original payment method. We cannot send it to a different card or account.

Technical issues

If the download will not open, the link has expired or the file appears damaged, please contact us before requesting a refund. Almost every delivery problem is fixed within one reply: we resend the link, and you can also re-download the book at any time from your account. If we cannot get a working copy to you, we refund you in full without you needing to ask twice.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date at the top tells you when that last happened. A purchase is covered by the policy that was in force on the day you bought.
