Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or buying the book you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or make a purchase. These terms apply alongside our privacy policy and refund policy.

Your licence

The book is for your personal use. You may read it on any device you own and print a copy for yourself. You may not resell it, republish it, upload it to a file-sharing site, or distribute it to others. Doing so ends your licence and voids the refund.

Your licence is permanent: once you have bought the book you may keep it and re-download it from your account for as long as the site exists.

Not financial advice

This is the important one. The book teaches you how crypto trading works — terminology, strategy, risk, execution. It does not tell you what to buy, when to buy it, or how much you will make. Nothing in it is financial, investment or tax advice.

Cryptocurrency is volatile and you can lose money, including all of it. Any decision you make after reading is your own, and you are responsible for it. If you need advice about your own situation, speak to a qualified professional in your country.

Purchase and delivery

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; there are no subscriptions or hidden fees. Payment is taken by Stripe or PayPal. As soon as the payment clears, the download link appears on the confirmation screen and a copy is emailed to you. You are responsible for entering a correct email address; if you make a mistake, contact us and we will fix it.

Refunds

Covered in full by our refund policy: 30 days from purchase, no explanation required.

Intellectual property

The book, this website and everything on it — text, illustrations, the cover and the brand — are owned by The Crypto Secret or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. Buying the book gives you the personal licence described above; it does not transfer ownership of any of the content.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The book and this website are provided as they are. We work hard to keep the content accurate and the site available, but we make no warranty that either is error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including trading losses — arising from your use of the book or the site. Our total liability to you will never exceed the amount you paid for the book.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date at the top tells you when that last happened. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
